Principal Resourcing are seeking a Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partnership schools in a village, close to the city of Hull.

The school are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a year 2 child. This role will involve a level of personal care.

The school is a small and prides itself on being a community, which works together to be the best they can be. The successful candidate will be part of a caring and nurturing work environment.

The role is full-time and they are looking to appoint someone as soon as possible.

Within the role you will be required to:

React to interests to engage their learning opportunities

Provide opportunities that will excite and ignite a passion for learning

Deliver planned guided work

Supporting the class teacher to deliver the curriculum

Skills and attributes:

Cache Level 2 or equivalent or experience working within a setting

KS1 and KS2 experience is advantageous

Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference

An observant and responsive approach

A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude

SEN experience is an advantage
