1st Line IT Support Technician– Hull – £20,000 to £23,000

Our client who is a well-known business based in Hull who throughout the pandemic is showing no signs of slowing down are now looking for two 1st Line IT Support Technician’s to come and join their team to help with their Support systems. If you’re looking to kick start your IT career then this is the role for you.

Within this role you will be expected to take ownership of support tickets raised from their clients.

You will also be involved in the rapid growth of this business which would include learning new products and new skills.

What you need to succeed in this role –

* Strong communication skills

* A drive to learn everyday

* Ability to work on your own

* Experience of working in a busy environment

* Customer Service experience

* Microsoft Office experience

The Package:

If successful our client is offering a salary of between £20,000 to £23,000 per annum along with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
