Are you interested in starting your career within IT? We are looking for an Associate Technical Support Consultant to join our team! We support over 12,000 users, across Azure, hosted and customers own on-premise environments. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology, and proven customer service skills, to work and develop with us in providing the exceptional support that our customers rely on.
What You Will Do
As an Associate Technical Support Consultant, you will:
Respond to support calls via telephone and email
Work with our customers to diagnose problems and provide solutions
Develop your IT skills with the support of our amazing team

As an Associate Technical Support Consultant, you will have:
