Business Development Executive
Salary: £22,000 (plus competitive uncapped commission)
Hours: Full-time, Mon – Fri, 8.45am – 5pm
Hybrid working available
Grafton Recruitment is delighted to be working with a successful business for a Business Development Executive to join a growing team. The role would suit a confident and target-driven candidate with experience working in a business-to-business sales environment, although full training will be given to successful applicants.
Handling business-to-business calls through an in-house dialling system
Offering a first-class service experience to clients
Client prospecting, lead generating and building a successful pipeline
Booking in appointments with clients for field sales executives to attend
Coordinating diaries for field sales executives, making sure they are able to attend each visit booked in within enough time, and managing this via their online diary
Working towards and achieving set KPI's
Maintaining a professional manner when speaking to clients at all times
You will need:
Confident with the ability to think on your feet
Be an excellent communicator on the telephone
Self-motivated and ability to manage own workload
Be proactive and able to multitask
Be sales oriented and target-driven
Positive and committed attitude
