Business Studies Teacher – Teaching Personnel – Hull

Teaching Personnel are working alongside a school in York who are seeking a full-time teacher of Business Studies who is able to start with them from as soon as possible. 

You will be working at a mainstream secondary school. The successful candidate will be passionate in making a difference for the children. This is why they came into teaching; this is why we want them to be part of our team. With this in mind, we are looking to recruit a colleague with both the commitment and relevant skills to embody our culture and help to raise standards.

The timetable is yet to be confirmed.

Requirements:

• Be a qualified Teacher of Business Studies (ideally with PGCE, GTP, B.Ed. Cert Ed, BA with QTS)
• Demonstrate recent experience as a Business Studies Teacher or Trainee Teacher
• Hold an honours degree or equivalent in B.Ed.
• Be proven to raise and maintain attainment levels, keeping standards high
• Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills with excellent behaviour management strategies

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application through us
• Able to provide two professional references
