The roles

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Secondary SEMH provision
  • Multiple roles required
  • Competitive hourly rate of pay
  • Teaching Personnel in partnership with a SEMH provision based in Hull who are looking to hire up to three additional staff for the role of classroom behaviour support. The schools cater for pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) additional needs, who require further staffing to meet the needs of the pupils in the school.

    The roles would require you to be able to deal with challenging behaviours and situations in a calm and professional manner whilst ensuring you are forming respectful and trusting relationships with the pupils. The school always have the well-being of the students as their top priority- if there is a challenging situation to arise when you are working in the school you will be expected to ensure the safety of all the pupils- promoting a safe learning environment for all.
