£48,000 p/annum depending on experience plus benefits & enhancements!

The Candidate:
Degree in Pharmacy M Pharm, BSc or BPharm.
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a pharmacist.
Knowledge of General Pharmaceutical Council Codes of Professional Conduct, Ethics and Performance and their implications for practice.
Duties of this role include:
To plan, deliver and evaluate pharmaceutical care to meet patient’s health and well-being.
To help with the daily running of the pharmacy department, providing a safe and effective medicines management service to all patients, staff, consultants, and customers.
Minimum of 1-2 Years UK Hospital experience
Excellent communication skills and patient care
