Job Role: Customer Service Advisor – Both Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

Location: Hull City Centre

Full-Time Positions

Salary: £19,781.44 base

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Monday to Friday (various hours) + 1 in 4 Saturday’s (8:30am-12:30pm)

Part-Time Positions

Salary: £10,275 or £12,844

Hours: 20 or 25 hours

20 hour position Monday to Friday either 8:00am – 12:00pm, 8:30am – 12:30pm or 9:00 – 1:00pm

25 hour position Monday-Friday 8:00am – 1:00pm

About our client

Our client is looking for someone who will deliver high levels of customer service and provide professional administrative support with the Claims Teams and Managers/Directors. You will be responsible for the management and progression of motor claims that relate to vehicle accidental damage. Aiding customers throughout their claim journey you will provide information and updates on their repair and any aftercare.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

You will play a critical role in undertaking all aspects of Customer Service related duties These duties will include but are not limited to:

Act as a first level point of contact for repair network members by always delivering an excellent service, by handling internal and external customer queries via telephone, email or any other source of communication.
Ensure accurate processing and deployment/reallocation of claim notifications to repairers via rules driven in house management system within SLA.
Meeting daily KPI targets and working as a team to achieve weekly targets.
Using a can-do attitude to proactively problem solve and resolve customer issues, following up with other departments when needed.
Adhere to policies and procedures and GDPR and FCA guidelines.
Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Accurately recording any data provided.

Previous contact centre experience- Essential

Commitment to providing a first-class service to customers and repairers.
Ability to manage own time and prioritise accordingly
Accurate data input skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Ability to work to agreed deadlines, targets and objectives.
Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously to a high level of accuracy.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good decision maker.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
