The Customer Service Admin position is responsible for handling inbound calls that come into the commercial team, screening them, and moving the call on to the relevant department. Dealing with all customer service-related questions and queries over the phone and email.
The successful candidate will also offer admin support to the commercial team, typing letters, filing, emailing contracts chasing information, and booking appointments for the sales team etc.
All departments are growing fast within the organisation and the commercial team is no different meaning this position comes with progression opportunities. With this being a new role, they expect the successful candidate to grow into a team manager within 6-12 months.
* Answering inbound calls and filtering to the relevant department
* Dealing with all customer service-related calls
* Support the commercial department with admin support
* Managing own duties and prioritising workload
