Operating from a stylish, modern showroom and offices based near Next retail on Kingswood. This organisation is forward-thinking, open-minded, and has a wonderful working environment. The business is in the middle of fantastic growth leading them to expand their team. The Role: The Customer Service Admin position is responsible for handling inbound calls that come into the commercial team, screening them, and moving the call on to the relevant department. Dealing with all customer service-related questions and queries over the phone and email. The successful candidate will also offer admin support to the commercial team, typing letters, filing, emailing contracts chasing information, and booking appointments for the sales team etc. All departments are growing fast within the organisation and the commercial team is no different meaning this position comes with progression opportunities. With this being a new role, they expect the successful candidate to grow into a team manager within 6-12 months. Main Duties: * Answering inbound calls and filtering to the relevant department * Dealing with all customer service-related calls * Support the commercial department with admin support * Managing own duties and prioritising workload Person Specification: This business cares more about person fit than prior experience and will happily talk to people from all backgrounds. However, the successful candidate will need to be a confident communicator and have a good level of literacy skills, above all have a drive/hunger to build a career
