Full time – Monday to Friday (37.5hrs per week)
Salary: £24k per annum
Valid UK drivers licence is essential
Our client is based in Beverley and is looking for someone to join their Engineering department. The ideal candidate will be strong in Administration with some technical knowledge and background to aid the engineers.
- Answering telephones and dealing with enquires in a polite and professional manner.
- Assisting with the coordination and smooth running of the engineering department
- Coordinating and processing drivers hours
- Assisting and coordinating the winter team
- Planning road closures/diversions for the winter team
- Completing general admin duties specific to the role
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Experience in an administration type role including Microsoft office
- Good telephone etiquette
- A Proven track record of reliability
- Familiarity with office equipment (computers, scanners and printers etc.)
- Valid UK drivers licence and own transport
- Technical knowledge/background
