Our operation in Hull has an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Export Team Leader where you will ensure that the warehouse and transport operation is in line to meet and exceed the clients and CEVAs expectation whilst upholding a close working relationship with the CEVA operations team.

The export function is a pick and pack operation that requires the highest of standards in accuracy and presentation. As the Export Team Leader, you will also oversee the processing of returns within the DC, again focusing on accuracy and being a conduit between the processing team and the Stock controller.


As the Export Team Leader you will ensure regular contact with the warehouse and transport supervisors and with the client to inform them on any service failures, continually improve standards efficiently, financially, and safely to the highest quality and help the site to achieve the highest standard for all internal and external audits and maintain a professional approach that supports site management at all times.

This role requires someone who has a flexible approach to working hours, the role is predominately days based 09:00 -17:30, there will be requirements to support the operation outside of these hours as required during peak periods, or due to operational circumstances where you would be needed to support at other times, agreed locally with your line manager

Working to support the wider operation within the DC around inbound and outbound functions will also be required where the wider operation dictates support is required.


Previous experience of working within a warehouse and/or distribution environment
Proven experience of managing and motivating teams with the ability to delegate when necessary
Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
Adaptable and resilient
Knowledge of 5S and Kaizen
IT Literate with a Microsoft office working understanding
Experience of SAP is desirable
