We support nearly 2,000 vulnerable adults in specialist residential, supported living and outreach services, enabling them to receive exceptional care and support and ultimately achieve independence.

2022 has been an exciting year for the charity, and after a recent contract award we are now recruiting for a new position, Service Manager to run our extra care services in Hull.

Reporting into the Senior Manager – Extra Care, as a CQC registered Service Manager you will be responsible for delivering the care and support to clients with a wide range of support needs, in their own tenancies, in one building.

The Role:
Day to day management of an ambitious and dedicated Support Worker team; Networking with Social Care, partner organisations and local communities;
Working with business partners from St Anne’s finance, recruitment, HR and training;
CQC Registration
Providing occasional support to our clients;
Leading the safeguarding and wellbeing of your clients and staff.

The Candidate:
You will have experience of working in an Extra Care or outreach environment.
You will have experience of leading a medium sized team or equivalent
You will have be confident and organised with the ability to manage multiple requirements.
