Faster Imaging Tracker 1 x Full Time Position
We are looking for a additional Faster Imaging Tracker to work within the RDS tracking team. You will:
Monitor and review waiting lists and access plans.
Report and track patient pathway and working with the RDS Leads to ensure best plan of action for the patient.
Book patient appointments and contacting patient including rearranging appointments, contacting other specialties, liaising with Consultants.
Use of Business Intelligence, Lorenzo and Radiology Information System.
Main duties of the job
To give assurance that all patients on a waiting list pathway are monitored and reviewed to ensure their procedure is performed and reported avoiding any unnecessary delays.
Patient Navigating : The post holder will be responsible for the prospective monitoring, reporting and tracking of patients, ensuring that the patient’s journey is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Waiting List Navigating : To ensure the waiting list is constantly updated assuring accuracy at all times. Use of Business Intelligence, Lorenzo and RIS to be used to achieve this.
