About the Company Based in Kingston Upon Hull, my client is a highly prestigious and reputable bespoke design manufacturer organisation with a reputation for product and service excellence. Having experienced strong growth in recent years, the business is keen to expand the senior management team with the recruitment of an exceptional Finance Manager/Controller to support their ongoing growth and business needs. About the role Working closely with the senior Management team, you will take responsibility for all aspects of financial and forecast reporting in addition to providing critical financial and commercial insight to the future growth and success of the business. Responsibilities * Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts to strict deadlines. * Ensure all day-to-day finance entries are allocated and correctly entered. * Maintain cashflow forecasting, weekly P&L and Balance sheet forecasting. * Co-ordinate budget setting and maintaining budget across departments. * Generate reports from ERP as requested by managers. * Produce dashboards to make the metrics visual across the business. * Manage ERP system administration, and enhancement projects, working with 3rd party developers. * Manage supplier contracts for IT support and systems platforms. * Manage finance administrator with bookkeeping and credit control duties. Candidate Profile Qualified ACA/CIMA or ACCA or QBE you will possess strong Management Accounting experience with a proven ability to convey financial information to non-finance managers in a confident and persuasive manner. You will have proven analytical and reporting skills through advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel in addition to possessing excellent organisational and time management skills as well as attention to detail. You will possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills while being able to work independently.
