Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit for a French Teacher to work in a successful, and established secondary school specialising in Modern Foreign Languages in Hull. The successful Teacher would ideally be required to start as soon as possible, but a January 2nd Start can be expected. This full-time role will be required for at minimum of a term, with opportunity to continue until the end of the academic year. The school has recently refurbished facilities and possesses an extremely welcoming cohort of staff. Someone with access to a vehicle would also have access to a large and secure staff car park.
The role itself involves working closely with the MFL Department and running French lessons for students across KS3 and KS4. It is essential that applicants have previous experience teaching both French as they will be planning lessons and working towards the current curriculum expectations. Applicants will also need to have a strong grasp of relevant material and have the ability to build strong relationships and connect with students from various backgrounds, in a short space of time.
Qualified Teacher Status, a specialism in French is desirable
Experience planning and delivering lessons or work to secondary school students would be ideal
Have a outgoing and confident personality and ability to build relationships with students
Posses good behavioural management and clear communication skills
Ability to start as soon as possible and hit the ground running
