Job Summary
Our MKM Home branch in Hull is looking to recruit for the following role:
2 x Part Time Front of House Specialists
In this position, you will play a key role in the customer experience of our full range of kitchen and bathroom products, therefore previous customer service experience is essential for these roles. We want all our customers to receive the best customer experience when they come to our branch, ensuring they leave feeling they have all the information they need to make an informed decision on their kitchen and bathroom needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
Meet and greet customers who come to the branch
Ensuring customers feel supported to find the products they are looking for and ensuring they speak to the correct specialists in branch.
Dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone, developing strong customer relationships
Giving excellent customer service and sound product advice – product training will be given on an ongoing basis
Making sure that customers receive the highest level of customer service – going the extra mile to meet their expectations.
Working 30-35 hours a week within the hours of 9am – 7pm Monday to Friday and covering weekends.
Qualifications and Skills
A proven solid work history in a front of house/ customer service role.
Confident dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone
The ability to build great customer relationships that develop over time
A good telephone manner, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
Computer literate.
