You will be a positive and engaging professional with a passion for making guests smile and will receive guests in a professional and friendly manner, handling all customer check-ins’ or inquiries.
As the front-facing member of the team, you will ensure you are always presentable engaging in positive communication with the team and department, always acting as a professional, and delivering consistently exceptional service to all guests.

The Ideal Candidate
You will be a passionate and engaging individual.
Highly motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions.
Strong organisation and planning skills and the ability to prioritise appropriately.
Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Financial systems) and numeracy
Experienced in hospitality software such as Opera, Brilliant, etc would be desirable but full training will be given.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
