Full time – Permanent – Up to £49,950 per annum, depending on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Operations to join our AASC contract division in NEYH region.
Role & Responsibilities:.
The post holder ensures that the business is operated on sound Operational and Commercial principles. In doing so, the successful candidate will create a high performing culture and foster a professional and effective working relationship with their client(s) whilst ensuring a safe and high focused customer service embedded through a positive team ethos.
As well as this you will have accountability for the following:
To manage contracts operationally and commercially to maximise profitability whilst ensuring a safe and high performing customer focussed service delivery.
Development and implementation of budgets and strategies to maintain and grow the business
Commercial responsibility for each contract and your overall port-folio
Development of organisational arrangements, systems and processes to enable the efficient and effective deployment of resources in line with and supporting the further development of Client partnerships/contracts
Development and sustainability of key Client/Stakeholder relationships ensuring high quality customer relationship management
Delivery of all KPI targets and the implementation of strategies aimed at maximising performance
Implement and provide appropriate monitoring systems for sub-contractor performance
Leadership and direction for the contract delivery and support teams
Responsibility for close control and management of sub-contractor accreditation requirements, quality, cost and performance
Embed company values and the principles and ethos of Red Thread
Promote a culture of openness and learning so that the service can demonstrate a track record of continuous improvement and positive outcomes to all parties
Development and achievement of collective goals by working with senior managers and support functions
Development and delivery of robust internal and external performance requirements.
Facilitating the internal audit process and the implementation/monitoring of any subsequent action plans
Mobilisation/demobilisation of any associated contracts
Work with peer group in other service areas with Clients to assist in issue resolution, cross working and business growth
What we are looking for:
Experience as a operational manager within the social housing market.
You will bring excelled, motivational leadership and management skills which will impact the success of your team.
You will have worked within a customer focused environment with a clinical approach that focuses on meeting and exceeding expectations for your company as well as your own.
You will have the ability to employ rational sound decisions using practical common-sense approaches,
Extensive experience within contract management and implementing this throughout your team.
Full UK driving license
