Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Healthcare Assistant (Band 3) available to join the North Hull and East Riding Nursing and Conditions community team. We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated health care assistants to work within our community nursing teams, providing holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group.

The successful applicants should be motivated and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience of community nursing is not essential. However, must have a minimum of two years experience working within healthcare.

The ability to commute within CHCP CIC’s geographical areas with access to appropriate means of transport is essential.
