Oversee the duties of the Human Resourcing department
Plan, manage, develop and organize HR administration systems/procedures/policies
Undertake and manage HR systems including Salary & Pensions, Recruitment checks, Job Descriptions, Personnel paperwork, etc
Make referrals to Occupational Health and other agencies as appropriate
Skills and attributes:
Experience in Human Resourcing/Admin/School Admin roles
A minimum of grade C in English & Math’s GCSE
Ability to undergo multiple tasks at once and be able to manage your workload
Relevant Computer Programme’s Experience- e.g., Microsoft Excel
