IT Systems Trainer Yorkshire/Hybrid £30,000 – £36,000 + Bonuses and Excellent Benefits This multi-site professional services firm are looking for an experienced Systems Trainer, to help employees of the business realise the full potential of their tech solutions. The key responsibility of this trainer role will be to create, co-ordinate and deliver training of all internal systems to employees of varying technical abilities. This IT Trainer role would suit someone with a passion for educating others and great communication and presentation skills, who believes in continuous improvement. My client operates a primarily remote working model, with occasional travel required to their Hull and Leeds offices. Key responsibilities: * Produce and deliver training materials and curriculum related to internal systems using our documentation toolset. * Plan, prepare and deliver systems training on an individual and/or group basis. * Act as SME relating to all software training matters. * Produce user training and resource materials. * Assess IT skills training needs across the organisation. Core skills & experience for this role: * 2+ years in a similar IT Training role * Experience providing training on a complex system. * Proven experience of designing and delivering IT training within a professional services environment * Understanding of Microsoft Office products * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Salesforce platform desirable * Jira, Confluence, Atlassian Products, Slack – desirable Package: * 35-hour work week (with flexible hours) * 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 5 days study leave. * Potential bonuses / profit share * 4 x life assurance, 5% employer pension, Gym membership discount + more The company have an excellent reputation within their sector and have continued to grow even throughout the pandemic.
