As Kitchen Manager you would be expected to a lead on all the catering at the venue including been hands on in the kitchen for events and player feeding. Working alongside the vastly experienced General Manager you would develop & costs menus for events with an aim in increasing the revenue generated from this side of the business. Experience in organisation of staff, management of kitchen stocks and working to strict timings with food service are all needed. Role: * Working with the General Manager to develop menus for events along with planning for the teams. * Hands on kitchen lead for all catering& food preparation * Overseeing the budget of the kitchen in line with the expectations of the company * Be up to date on all current legislation around food handling & service. * Managing the stock control in the kitchen & dealing with suppliers * Player feeding both on matchdays and as part of the training. * Working with coaches & nutritionists to develop diets for players. Requirements: * Relevant catering qualifications NVQ/City & Guild along with Food Safety Level 2/3 * Proven experience in menu design & costing * Experience in catering for events and working to strict times. * Staff management experience * Access to your own transport
