Maintenance Team Leader

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing maintenance activities, providing coaching across several shifts, and leading improvement/culture change as well as ensuring their area consistently delivers against factory Key Performance Indicators.
In this role you'll:
Review OEE results on a weekly basis with direct and support teams and agree main issues and improvement plans.
Ensure all SOPs are followed and, if not, corrective actions are identified and action taken.
Ensure the performance reviews of the team are carried out on a monthly basis, with any issuestrainingdevelopment opportunities being communicated to the Asset Care Manager.
Ensure all accidentsproduct security failures are reported to the Asset Care ManagerProduct Supply Leader or other necessary management streams for investigation.
Deliver and implement annual local departmental engineering capex plan and validation- we have major upcoming projects in 2023.
Coach, provide support, whilst leading and driving productivity improvements across the site. You’ll succeed because…
You have either a Degree in Engineering or HNC in electrical/Mechanical or production maintenance engineering.
You have worked in a fast paced organisation, preferably in a “high care” environment within FMCG.
You have strong people management experience.
You are able to motivate and inspire a team of Maintenance Engineers. You’ll love it because…
