Mechanical Contracts Manager
An opportunity has risen to work for a highly respected, family-orientated M&E contractor based in the northeast. My client specialises across commerical, residential, industrial and education sectors and seek a driven Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their established team. Projects will be locally based to the northeast region.
As Mechanical Contract Manager :
You will have the ability to work accurately and methodically, sometimes under pressure and strict deadlines. Good time management and organisational skills will be invaluable to help keep projects on a realistic timescale and budget. This involves selecting and leading a project team, whilst ensuring you are aware of all details so you can keep the client up to date. The Mechanical Contracts Manager role demands an in depth understanding of construction processes and guidelines for effective planning of work schedules and site management.
