Onboarding Manager Salary: £40,000 Location: Hull Hours: Full-time, Mon – Fri 37.5 hours per week Office based
Grafton Recruitment is delighted to be working with a business in Hull for an Onboarding Manager to head up their Customer Onboarding team. The Onboarding Manager will work closely with the Head of Financial Operations and support with the leadership of a team of Onboarding Associates.
The Role:
Manage the full onboarding process, including AML, KYC and account setup processes
Support the sales teams by ensuring best practice for sales processes, working closely with the Head of Sales and Regional Sales Leaders through training
Achieve KPI’s to provide customers with the highest level of customer service and support
Use CRM systems such as Salesforce and other relevant software to support the customer base
Improve & unify existing processes and create new processes for successful and compliant customer onboarding
Proactively monitor and respond to key metrics, to ensure the Onboarding team is performing at the best possible levels, maximising efficiency
Develop strategies for optimisation of working practices, enabling the company to continue to scale and grow effectively
The Person:
Excellent communication with the ability to influence others
Ability to work closely with different departments in order to make decisions for the business
Be a natural leader and supportive of your team
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a confident, motivated and dynamic attitude
Be forward thinking and able to move the business in the right direction
Knowledge of payments or the customer onboarding process is advantageous
Knowledge of onboarding policies and processes is desirable
