Responsibilities:
Managing incoming breakdown & service calls from beginning to end with our own engineers and sub contract engineers.
Prioritize breakdown & service requirements to meet the needs of the business & customers
Booking engineers, obtaining ETA’s & ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner & followed through to completion
Ensure customers servicing requirements are met including supporting documentation
To liaise with main dealers to organize servicing of the vehicle fleet
To provide the customer with the level of service and care prescribed by the company.
To handle all telephone and personal enquiries in a professional manner and utilize opportunities that can drive new revenue and business growth
To maintain and develop good relationships with the customer.
To contribute to the administration and documentation are dealt with in compliance with company rules, policies and procedures.
To carry a range of duties, as may be required from time to time at the request of line management and which are deemed to be within your capabilities.

Mechanical & geographical knowledge and a background in commercial vehicle service would be an advantage though not essential as full training will be given.
