A leading construction company who specialise in commercial new build projects requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning company at an exciting time of growth. Quantity Surveyor THE ROLE * Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:- Managing variations to the client * Managing variations from the sub-contractors * Challenging supply chain final accounts * Extensions of time * Oversee Day to Day commercial management of multiple projects THE CANDIDATE * Experience working with a tier 1 contractor would be advantageous * Experience working on variations, final accounts, extension of times on construction projects * Exposure to the commercial new build market would be advantageous * Ability to plan and prioritise when working autonomously * Capable of working collaboratively with the site team and stakeholders
