Page Personnel are currently recruiting for a market leading manufacturing business based in Hull. Due to growth within the business, our client now have a fantastic new opportunity available for an Rebates Manager to join their well established Rebates team on a permanent basis.

Job Description

Reporting into the Rebates Controller and being an integral part of the Rebates team this position will support a rapidly growing branch network and the Trading Support function by leading a small team to ensure the accurate accrual and timely collection of a large Rebate ledger. Your duties will include but not be limed to; Leading the direction and implementation of a rebate strategy which increases data accuracy and maximises cash-flow. Liaising with multiple internal departments (Procurement, Finance, Trading Support) to improve workflow efficiencies. Creating and improving relationships with relevant people within their supplier base and accelerating the migration from spreadsheets to the rebate software.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally from a finance background

Some project management experience would be advantageous but not essential

Experience in leading teams with great communication skills

Good analytical skills and a keen eye for detail

Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and establish priorities
