We are looking for a Safeguarding Social worker and another Senior Safeguarding Social Worker

The rate of pay would be up to £40 per hour depending on your location and this is negotiable.

Responsibilities of this role:

To screen referrals, move cases through the system to the most appropriate team or person in the organisation and provide oversight and professional support to providers and partner agency colleagues

To work within the framework provided by statute, guidance, policies and procedures.

To undertake safeguarding investigations and attend strategy meetings and MDT meetings to progress enquiries as necessary

Must be autonomous worker with sound knowledge of Care Act 2014 and all relevant legislation relating to adults with care or support needs and their carers

Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers, Terms apply

Requirements of the role:

Social Work England registered

Minimum 3 years of experience in safeguarding

Good knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, Care Act and Safeguarding principles

Must hold a UK driving license
