Our client are seeking a Senior Electronic Design Engineer with a wealth of experience in NPI and Change control processes to join their team. You will be joining a progressive world class organisation and support the development of products that have a real impact in the world.As Senior Electronic Design Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a number of concurrent projects, ensuring products in development meet appropriate standards and compliance thresholds.The Successful candidate will be experienced within electronics hardware design and ideally experienced in collaborating with multi-disciplined teams on previous projects.The company operate a Hybrid working model but do feel that to be successful in the role you will require presence on site around 3 times per week.Benefits: * Salary £45,000 – £50,000* Hybrid working* Healthcare* Generous Enhanced Pension scheme* 10% Bonus* Cycle to work* Many more..The Role of Senior Electronic Design Engineer: * Take ownership of and lead projects, both new design and rework/modification* Actively engage with reviews of design work and support the delivery of designs that meet not only application requirements but regulatory considerations.* Liaison with suppliers around component parts for solutions being considered etc* Hardware engineering including PCB schematics, layout design, circuit design and test engineering* Use of CAD packages for design work* Liaison with internal quality and change control functions once designs move forward* Reviewing designs and ensuring all appropriate documentation and information is in place ahead of agreed benchmarks.* Support the development of accurate documentation for products ahead of release to marketThe Candidate * A relevant qualification in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or similar)* Experience of design and NPI processes* Ideally experience of working in a regulated industry.* Proficient in the use of appropriate software* Change control experience* Strong collaboration skills* Excellent organisationConsortium Professional Recruitment Ltd are a professional level recruitment consultancy specialising in the delivery of high relevance recruitment services on behalf of our clients across the UK.
