Summary

A new and exciting opportunity is available to join a multi-disciplinary team, in the role of Optimising Independence – Home First – Senior Healthcare Assistant within the Hull & East Riding region. The role is graded as Agenda for Change Band 3 and involves supporting people with health and social care needs, within their own homes to regain their independence and manage their health and care needs.

We are looking for experienced health and care workers, who have an NVQ3 or equivalent qualification – we will offer a comprehensive training and induction package to the successful candidates, to include clinical skills development including phlebotomy, therapeutic interventions, and clinical observations.

We offer excellent career opportunities including funded apprenticeship programmes into registered nurse and therapist training and nursing associate.
