Senior Project Manager £55K – £65K Full time – Permanent Hull, Yorkshire Do you know your NEC contracts inside out and feel like you need a new challenge? Would you like to work on international projects with the chance of global travel? Do you enjoy a mix of working in the office, working from home, and working on customer sites? What you’ll be doing: Working for an exceptional material handling systems manufacturer with more than 80 years of know-how and expertise, you’ll be responsible for overseeing large projects of up to £4m from sales handover through to the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and project completion. Throughout the project lifecycle you’ll oversee a multi-disciplined team, ensuring project requirements, resources and costs are met within agreed budgets and timescales whilst managing both internal and external stakeholder expectations. What we’re looking for: You’re a manager: You know that your primary function is to get people to do what must be done, willingly, within the financial constraints of the project. You’re an influencer: You’ll be able to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and know how to communicate and negotiate effectively. You’re a motivator: You lead from the front and you’re someone who can coach, mentor, and motivate your teams to work within the project parameters. You’re a ‘doer’: Finally, you’re a doer as well as a Project Manager. So, you won’t be ashamed to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when needed. What you’ll need: * IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent * Experience working with NEC contracts * An understanding of current CDM regulations What next?
