My client is a renowned Caravan/Leisure home builder in the city that has recently gone through a lot of positive change and is now looking to appoint a technical claims assessor or Engineer Support Lead to effectively manage and assess the more complex claims they receive from clients around the UK.
The aim of this role is to increase a ‘first-time fix rate’ and reduce revisits ‘FUF’s’ to achieve industry’s best KPI and rectification timescales.
The role will also assist in the feedback to production and New Product Development by Identifying and then feeding back on fault trends to allow the wider team to sort on future builds. This is an exciting opportunity to join a caravan builder at an exciting point in their journey after picking up a larger market share. This business has always been known for its innovation and new ways of working and now picking up a great reputation for sustainability and thinking of the environment along with the customer.
Good knowledge of build techniques,
Good knowledge of products used with the units built,
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications,
Understanding of faults and how they are rectified,
Clear and concise communication to ensure staff understand what is required and why.
