Role Introduction

Are you interested in progressing your career within IT? We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our team! We support over 12,000 users, across Azure, hosted and customers own on-premise environments. We are looking for someone who can bring there technical know-how, and passion for great customer service, to work with us in providing the exceptional support that our customers rely on.

What You Will Do

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will:

Respond to support calls via telephone and email 

Work with our customers to diagnose problems and provide solutions 

Remotely monitor, pre-empt faults and provide technical advice to our customers

What You Will Have

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will have:

Highly developed interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with both end users and technical staff.

An IT background, with experience in a Technical Support role or equivalent.

The confidence to diagnose and fix both first and second line faults.

Experience using, troubleshooting and administering Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems, Backup, AV and Security software

A good level of understanding of IP/Networking skills
