Leaders in Care is looking for a Theatre Practitioner Scrub to be part of a friendly and supportive team in Hull. Candidates have the option of full-time or part-time to suit their needs. The role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

Working as part of this friendly and supportive team, you can expect to assist patients undergoing a variety of elective procedures including ENT, neurological, orthopaedic, laparoscopic, ophthalmic, gynaecology and urology.

In a typical week, you will be working in these areas:
Supporting senior staff and ensuring high standards of effective care for patients within the Theatre suite
Maintaining communication within the team at all times
Prepare operating theatres for surgery in relation to instrumentation, equipment and supplies required for specific operative procedures, ensuring waste is kept to a minimum.

To apply for this Theatre Practitioner role, you will need an ODP, HCPC or NMC registration, with experience working in teams with minimum supervision. You will also need an interest in ongoing training, development and progression.
